50/50. Maybe 40/60 - not in my favor.
I have Goldshi with 1000 speed, who is also 1k lower in rating points than my other two top runners who have all 1200 speed. But Goldshi wins every 2-3rd race, surprisingly, and the other two almost never took 1st place, remaining in positions approximately 5-3.
So I ended up replacing the other two with debuffers, they were useless anyway.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.

Minimal monthly wage in Germany is around 2000-2500 euros net.
If you have a wife its 4000-4500 euro net.
Edutcation and medicine is free in Germany + a lot of social programs for kids.
If you already have game you have an access to 30% discount.
You're telling me that 18 euros price is too much? For real?

So far there are only two of these weapons, those being the Neophyte's Gutnic Rifle, and the Chieftain's Manomin Magnum, but artifact weapons require you to wear a trinket that is locked behind level 18 accuracy skill. My question is, are they really powerful enough to take up a trinket slot in order to use them or are they mediocre?

They are definetly woth it the gutnic rifle has a scope that lets you aim without having to deal with parkinsons if accuracy is not an issue its still usefull the scope is really far range, as for the manomim magnum its perfect it does so much damage ammo is you probably saved up enough till then and its easy to controll
