I assume you mean from your Dump to an area you want to dump the waste at?
You can, just place a 'Mine Control Tower', select an area for dumping, allow only waste to be dumped there, put a loose 'loose storage' connected to the waste collection site and Export exclusively to the Mine Control Tower where you want to drop the waste.

The easiest solution is not removing waste from your global dump settings, and just designating a dump zone where you want it. Usually on the coast, to increase your available land. And there you are, trucks will start automatically taking waste from the waste collection site to the dumping area, no route or anything needed.

Yes it's very possible and I did think about it.
I mean if Binary helix is going to court the contract with the Krogans was obviously not something secret between Saren and them, the rest of the corportation would have known about it and there had to have been a lab and resources dedicated to this research.

If he did use those resources to complete the cure I would think he would have placed his own indoctrinated scientists there, like the Asari in Noveria who tries to kill us when we're in the labs, the one who was "meditating" and very rude.
It would be too risky for a non controlled scientist to know that the cure was indeed successful, it would make them wonder why make the cure and not get the money.

But it might also be safer to not use them for the real cure,
Make them work on it and make sure they fail, maybe some of their work is still useful as a control group or something. But the real cure would be worked on exclusively on Virmire to avoid any interference from the company or a group that would interfere worried about what it could mean to actually develop that cure.
