I swear it's the PC v Console 30 vs 60 argument all over again.. the fact that we're literally seeing some of the same argument too (The human eye can't detect more than 60fps!) is blowing my mind

Also GalCiv IV uses hexagonal distance formula. Although I've brought up a few times to just change it so its just a basic hex count. This oddly matters in many calculations.

It's unfair to a developer who sets their development goals aimed at one country to be under scrutiny from a market that was never their main demographic or intended focus.

Guess what! Developers have tools, provided by Steam, that allow to make their game unavailable in some regions and/or to release region-specific versions of this game! Must've slipped your allegedly highly educated mind!

Sounds like a problem with your graphics driver or settings.

Playing on all Epic with DLAA, I don't have any flickering shadows or any other graphical issues...

Ya hay un parche para jugarlos, pero no lo digo por que me terminan cazando por pirata.

Currently waiting for servers to be up and running. I hope the engine sounds are fixed and lags are also taken care of.
