Just wanted to thank you for your help. The game downloaded and I tried it today, the performance is fine for me, although it is taking a while to get to grips with it. I am used to FSX.

bf is objectively better than delta force, if you personally don't like bf, i don't know why you want to find the reasons to play it.

that is misleading kernel-level anti-cheat doesnt mean it runs at windows boot, it can as valorant does, but most of the time kernel-level anticheat only runs when game runs

secure boot that is asked is not a secure boot driver, it's just a protection for windows to know nothing suspicious was loaded before boot

Kernel level drivers/software have by definition the highest system privileges and can access all hardware, software, cpu etc. It can run code or delete files or even make them invisible to the user, without any permission.
That also means that when the anticheat is hacked (and every anticheat is hackable), itwill create a massive securityrisk, because then the hacker has kernel level access to your system without you ever knowing it.
On top of that, Secure boot was already compromised on many PC's

Point is that no game should ever have full kernel access to any pc. No matter what they might promise you, if the sh*t hits the fan and there is a bug or exploit, it can't be fixed because every malware that gets installed that way, will have kernel access and can be easily hidden from windows.

do you realize any security analyst can investigate javelin and know what it's accessing and modifying on the system? If EA or any software company got caught they would be doomed. And what do you mean by hacked? You won't be hacked by just playing bf6, you will be hacked if your system is already compromised in other ways.

Have you made sure your system and graphic card drivers are up to date?
Do you normally have other apps or programs running in the background while the game is booted?

I play on Windows, I always update the video card drivers and I've tried running the game without anything in the background, but it doesn't even open.
