Thank you all for replies, I cooled off and went back to that race. First I upgraded car to 216 and second, I started taking some shortcuts, and I won on hard. I specificaly care about that difficulty because I already completed easy/normal couple years ago, but frankly I forgot everything... But still, I found out that nitro doesn't let you close the distance at all in this race, no matter which load I choose, and some people were discussing this potential bug/mechanic years ago on reddit, and also when actually checking end results I found out that although this race is recommended for 200 cars, I was actually racing against couple of 220 cars... All in all I still think ai is cheating in Steel Dragon, but now I think it may serve a purpose to incentivize taking those blatant shortcuts I mentioned.

Recently I've had the issue of videos in the store loading very slowly or a part would load and play then stop and buffer continuously but if I watch that same video on YT no issue whatsoever any idea why?

Do u use steam beta version?

nope normal steam started happening today all of a sudden could be network congestion but it's super annoying
