as for the update needing tweaking, thats why it goes through beta, or rather thats supposed to be the point of running updates through beta.

you need to unlock the blackmarket warehouse in front of taco ticklers. there you can by them.

That's the bug though. You shouldn't be able to unlock equipment before you unlock access to it.

there was and iso never a ban on the russian language.. there were limits.. logically russian is a foreign language in ukraine.. so it makes sense that in certain official communications and positions they only use the official national language and not a foreign one.

thats no different than in my nation where dutch is mandatory to be spoken in cityhalls and schools teach in dutch.. despite some groups may have another native language.

and no different than in russia.. where despite 300 different peoples and 700 languages.. the russian language is also promoted by having local goverments and schools be in russian..

the russian orthodox church was banned in ukraine in 2024 (so AFTER this war already started)..
as part of a general law thatr forbids all russian organisations in ukraine (kind of makes sence during a war).
this still did not ban the orthodoc church itself.. but rather force it to sever it ties to the parriach of moskow.. (basicly do what the anglian church did to rome one day.. and become their own indepent church... or be ourlawed)

this is no different than german organisations being banned when germany was ruled by the nazi party.. which russia effectively is

it is likely that this ban will be lifted when russia is no longer invading into ukraine.. stops being so hostile and relations are normalised
