Yes. You need a time machine. Clan days, Clans and Valve would actively hunt down cheaters and ban them and permanently by the IP address. It was rare to run into a cheater. Very rare. And they did not last long. They were immediately targeted by an admin and permanently banned. We would ban guys immediately in game. Cheaters were very afraid and thus, very rare.

After finishing the boss fight, nothing happened. We were expecting to confront the Stranger on the top floor, but the ramps never activated, the story did not progress, and we are unable to move forward. At first, we thought maybe we had missed something or needed to progress the story elsewhere, but we have done everything we could find, and nothing has changed. We have not gotten any MIXR events or invasions since this happened, which seems strange. Notably, there was an invasion that started just as we were about to begin the boss fight, and the O.R.C. bugs fled the scene. We are wondering if that may have caused the bug.

Any known fixes or solutions? We would really like to avoid restarting the world.

And Lordt, I wish there was a Belugio to relocate to. There are somewhat similar options that are not nearly as sexually neurotic and oppressed as good ol' 'Murica, but not quite as free and libertine as Belugio. Thailand, Belize, Costa Rica, Vietnam come to mind as legit destinations I would consider if things here go further in the direction of the TP4MYBUNGHOLE...
