Just in case anyone wasn't aware, the Digital Deluxe edition's contents are not in the in-game shop. I'm not 100% certain if they will be available separately or at a later date in-game, but just wanted to mention it in case anyone was under the impression that everything can be unlocked through in-game progress (and if they have FOMO like me ;;)!

It's just some rough, but weighted estimations. As far as i can tell the first one prioritizes Speed/Power, the second Stamina/Guts and the third one probably Wit. And the Favourite is about how many fans you've

Though it's really not important to be good in them, as you can have a clearer estimation in the prediction before the race, but even there you need to be cautious, because it's more about what the devs expects to be important and not what is actually important.

That said, you can pretty much ignore guts and wit on that as well and only care about stamina, until you've reached the recommended values depending on the race length, for speed and power it's mostly accurate throughout the full race, though single circle power is usually enough for Pace and front runner should still be able to win with triangles

That's how Rimefeller mod works with Chemfuel, I guess I figured it would be the same. There's a chance by using the Rimefeller tanks and pipes it will work, I'll have to experiment and see.

Vanilla chemfuel expanded works like that iirc.
I know theres an add-on for it at least that makes the odyssey chemfuel tanks work like VCfE storage tanks.
