Learn to read. Those weren't timed items. They were event rewards, cash shop etc, not daily subs. There are non timed variants.

Their is NOT enough RP from event rewards and shops to get 1000+.

Yeah there's plenty of other alternatives on Steam for those looking for Mario Kart-like gameplay. Super Indie Karts and the Sonic racing games are pretty noteworthy examples.

There are already two varieties of railing in the game - a plain iron one and a more ornate white one; you buy blueprints for them from the decoration vendor at the trading post (I suppose there might be a chance of finding them in loot too, but I've never seen them there).

Agree completely with you about half-pillars and snappable stairs.

Not a lot of enemies you fight use sniper rifles (thankfully).

I haven't seen the Marauder snipers use laser rifles. The Cartel's only sniper unit is the Templarios, who certainly get them, and then some Legion squads have a sniper use all three types of rifle even deep into the game, probably because each rifle has it's own strength and even the basic sniper will 1-hit any of the player's infantry.
