That is not possible or they would had done it years ago, it was not a simple job with upgraded textures and changing a bit of code for the new version.

Just get the Definitive Edition if you care about Dawn of War or wait for a bigger sale.

since they have been sold im worried about where this game will end up, i therefor will not spend any more on cosmetics either.

I have gotten talky's on Kreet but not lately (not since Winter 2023). I have gotten Talky's at the Safehouse (inside). But it was at level 60+. Occasionally I have gotten them at POIs on settled planets (Jemmison, Akilla). But not in the last year or so.

So not sure if its me or if the spawn has changed.

Talky ones means you failed to resist the mental assault. Think about it, they are literally in your head, so that means you were unable to withstand the mental attack.

Someone could argue multiple points over this:
- UC deems patrolling the planet too dangerous so never goes after these illegal colonies.
- They snuck past the UC ships patrolling orbit.
- You never see UC patrol out killing the terrormorphs on the planet surface.
- What is even the point to having the UC military post on planet?

Bethesda has been known to take the lazy route. In other words they did not take the time to adjust the POI tables for that one planet. A good example is the beginning of Fallout 4 in the Vault you can use VATS before you get the Pip Boy. Which later led to a theory the player is a synth because of this lazy slip.

Which also proves a point, most people are completely oblivious to even notice the fault with the details.
