As feature creep is specifically used in games like Star Citizen where the scope of the game significantly increased compared to the initial feature list. The first public anouncement of 2019 states all these new features that never saw completion.

I do not know the timeline or really what you guys are debating but the bottom line this:
a 'feature creep' is related to a projects planned features. it is not remotely tied to a feature actually being released of for that matter even being worked on.

So..I do not know if that reality means you need to reboot what you said when I brought up this point or not but I suspect you do.

regarding the Dev, you have to understand that the dev does not even stractch their own A without approval of the owners.

EVERTYHING gets vetted.
-the features
-what to work on
-when the features will be released
-when the game is released to early access
-what is said to the public (literally every single word)

is not only the decision of the owners (Take Two) its the RESPONSIBILITY of the owners. All the devs do is parrot what they are told to say. Is there anyway I can make this more clear?

the original proposal that Intercept agreed to was a remake marketed as a new tittle
sometime in 2018(AFTER it was already in pre-porduction and budget/timeline ALREADY was finalized) Nate Pitched his "Reimagining" idea but didn't include a budget, timeline, or personnel proposal as part of the pitch. He more or less pitched it like the Anthem devs did "freeeeeeee money" ♥♥ and/or T2 execs were stupid enough to take it at face value. That is what feature creep is, adding features you don't have the time, money, or talent to actually pull off when you already have a product doc.

I like the Necrons, even with the new lore, but I like the Dark Eldar the most. They are extremely fast, with very potent weapons, and they are by far the most vile and evil faction in the setting. I am aware of that. I have written exactly this text to Valve itself, to developers' emails, as a review, and in other places... My point is that more pressure may be exerted if posts like this go “viral”—which this one has not yet done, but posting here in the forum is still better than doing nothing.
