I'm not sure who you're referring to, and I didn't witness the event myself. I never participate in spreading rumors about anyone. This does not help resolve the situation. These kinds of issues should be addressed in private messages. If this is true, then it is a matter for the authorities. The internet is full of irrational and marginal individuals, some of whom use hard drugs and lead deeply dysfunctional lives.

First off, really enjoyable game, lots of emergent gameplay using simple mechanics.

In a recent playthrough I made several buses (on corners, so they're active), but they only seem to affect the end of turn passive abilities. I had a powered up swan, and I expected it to attack multiple times or attack for a multiplied value, but neither of those happened, despite the swan's ability being labeled as a passive.

The whole reason there were any cheaters/hackers to begin with was because Bethesda stopped caring and did nothing about them.
If they actually showed it some love, I'd love to see NW return. It was actually a lot of fun until the final days when the devs gave up and it became plagued with hackers

If I had to guess, they probably used the donation with Forsythe as a required trigger to make sure that you're familiar with the clinic as a location.

Ashes is mainly involved as a convenient quest, since Hole in the Wall only activates after (I think) one day, or if you leave the vault and return.
