you don't capture games with "game capture", capture them with "window capture"
add -> window capture :
window : your game
capture method : remove "auto" and choose "windows 10"
leave the rest as it is, and click on "ok".
do this everytime you want to capture a game, you will never have this freezing problem for any future games.
