yea its a stuttering mess when im driving too. on foot its perfectly fine for me though.

yes this also happens in the demo. its normal, just push him out, like the customers who don't payat teh gate, or squirt him with the gun, he'll soon scarper..

If you stay in the game for a long time, lags and slowdowns begin. My amateurish opinion is that the RAM is clogged.

did you check the task manager to see if this is true? :) (probably is, seeing mine is using 36GB for just the game)

also, DO send an ingame ticket (that way the devs get all the info they need and probably the more info the better) this goes for everybody having issues.
