Let me set some ground rules before I get specific:

1. Everyone has their own way of playing the game. Some play it hard or easy, long days or short, mods or not. All ways are valid because you play the game for yourself, not other people's opinion of how it should be played.

2. One of the most frustrating things in the world is to be given something and then have it taken back. So, in this instance, there is considerable consternation that what was available before is no longer accessible. Annoying in real life and in gaming.

Now, for the mechanic in question, it has to do with the ordering of inputs into and out of automated chests. A few points:

1. These chests show up much later in the game. Most players should have dozens or more hours of great fun before ever reaching this point.

2. As stated above, every person has a different gameplay style. I don't personally care about the automated chest order. I just plop the stuff in there and then come back. Others have a specific sequence of tasks they are gunning for and the loss of control is galling. Your game style my be the former, the latter or none of the above.

3, Since it will be some time before you get there, the possibility always exists that enough player requests will get the change reverted. Not immediately apparent, but one never knows and a new update is scheduled for late this year, so if not before then, perhaps at that time.

In the meantime, the game is super fun and totally playable. Get in there and enjoy!

I had no problem enabling Secure Boot on my PC, but doing so immediately introduced serious stability issues. Once enabled, I began experiencing ----------

Frequent driver errors

Blue screens (BSOD)

DirectX errors

(DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, device removed, etc.)

Games crashing within minutes

Applications like Discord randomly closing and reopening

For reference, my system runs an ASUS ROG RTX 4070 Ti Super, and I’ve never had a single issue with this card before. The problems only began after enabling Secure Boot.


Troubleshooting I Attempted:

Performed three clean NVIDIA driver installations with Display Driver Uninstaller in Safe Mode

Reseated the GPU and verified all power connections

Disabled overclocking and overlays

Closed background apps

Reinstalled DirectX

Repaired Microsoft Visual C++ redistributables

Verifying Game installations, clearing cache

Despite all this, the errors persisted and began affecting nearly every program I ran. The only solution was to disable Secure Boot. Unfortunately, turning it off wasn’t simple, my PC blue-screened multiple times, failed to post on several occasions, and required CMOS resets & power cycling to recover.

No other game I’ve played has required Secure Boot, and my experience suggests the requirement can cause major issues for some players, even with high-end, modern hardware. I have friends who have had similar problems, including corrupted boot drives after changing BIOS settings for Secure Boot or UEFI.

This game was genuinely enjoyable while it worked, but I couldn’t complete even a single full match. If Secure Boot remains a requirement, I’ll pass on this game. I hope the development team reconsiders this, as it’s preventing otherwise capable PCs from running the game reliably.

Hey now, comparing idiots to MR players is offensive to idiots.

When you launch the game on another device, there should be a dedicated UI asking whether to choose the cloud data or the local data. Did that not appear? If so, it seems the save data on the first computer wasn’t uploaded to the cloud. Hopefully, it’s just a simple network issue, but it could also be a bug, so we will investigate to see if this problem exists.
