Here we go I've finally found one, I say all the time to people just wait til you get to 2k hours, you'll see what I mean. This game could have been the next DayZ in terms of popularity but too many bad decisions means that after the homey moon period wears off you're just left with a bad taste in your mouth. In the future game design students will study this as a case of not what to do.

The PU scope already has the correct reticle implemented. I might look into adjusting the reticles for the other scopes you mentioned in the future as well.
