The problem is most likely indeed my GPU. In the resource monitor it shows low usage, because it calculates with shared GPU memory (boosted by RAM), but it is not really being used. So the dedicated VRAM was indeed used at full 100% capacity.

On the other hand, using AMD FSR with additional frame generation boosted me to 50-60 FPS in town with mix of settings low/medium/high to epic (just textures), which is pretty much what I was hoping for.
For some reason I skipped trying FSR as I thought it is for AMD GPUs only (yes I was that dumb)

The OG powered-up rod("flamethrower mode") costs 1 one ammo every 10 seconds if you hold down the attack button.

So likely 1-2 ammo could kill a 3000hp Malotaur, depending on dmg RNG.

I just finished the secret boss rush mod (all the challenges) and the solo roaring knight was painful even though ive already no-hit the knight it is easily in the top 5 hardest things the attacks feels slightly different and my muscle memory didnt work with it for some of the attacks
