It's not FACEIT issue. My BIOS and Windows dont detect TPM even though its turned on..

Do you really have the latest BIOS version? Did you ever update your motherboard BIOS? Typically motherboards rarely come with the latest BIOS from the store shelf.

How do you check for TPM support? Do you have any other TPM-related settings inside your BIOS? Try using the in-built search in your firmware setup if it has this feature, mine does. Enter TPM there and see what it gives you.

1) Each difficulty screen has that "Enemy in reserve Yes/No" indicator at the bottom. Same is true for the Normal/Hard/Etc difficulty options.

2) When you enter a combat round, the trial's effect can be seen at the top right, much like how boss effects are shown. Just mouse over it.

Вот я прошел игру, удалил её с устройства. Как мне понять что вышел 5 эпизод?
Есть ли возможность как-то поставить напоминание в стим чтобы при выходе 5 эпизода я получил уведомление или только мониторить постоянно?

Not really, also blocking a region won't reduce the cheating.
There are cheaters from every nation.
