If Stormgate is a scam it's the worst executed scam in corporate history. Imagine raising millions of dollars and then spending it all on a mid-sized team of developers and support staff, then releasing a game and hanging around to see their efforts rewarded with a torrent of negativity. When they could have just withdrawn all the money and flown to a tropical island in a country with no US extradition treaty. That's what competent scammers would have done. They'd be sitting on a beach, sipping mimosas and laughing their heads off, instead of (what I suspect is actually happening) tearing their hair out.

It's almost like, instead of being scammers, they were overly optimistic about their budget and schedule projections, and overly optimistic about the amount of understanding and good will that exists in the RTS community. It's almost like - when embarking a passion project of considerable scope and complexity - they made mistakes, both minor and major. Except that's not scamming. That's called being human.

Hi Kysska! There's a (minor spoilers) end-game buff for it. Before that, the only way to get speed is from the potions.

Never mind, apparently the issue was MSI Afterburner operating as I play the game.
Closing it and loading a save makes it work again.

yea cause secure boot works so well at stopping cheaters , literately just finished watching a clip of cheaters already running around with wall hacks and aim bots
just like 2042 added secure boot and went from 15k advrage ppl too 5k. winning !!

Memory is a fickle thing, and very fallible. So... what's more likely, you've forgotten some details about which account has the sims on it? Or Valve is randomly losing/erasing games from your library. Think about it very carefully.

Trust us, the former is 100% more plausible than the latter.

You keep the level 80 cap and all the stories (Origin Stories, all expansion) except Section X planet with HK-51 unlock questline (requires active subscription to access).

You can play locked species if you already created a character with them before the subscription ended, but you won't be able to create new characters with a locked species without unlocking the species. However, you can level any characters with locked species to level 50 to unlock that species legacy-wide and then be able to create new characters of those species even as a free player. The only exceptions are Cathar, Togruta, and Nautolan, which come exclusively from cartel market unlocks and not subscription.

but i'm pretty sure you lose some other stuff too, by not being subscribed
like action bars, you only get to use a maximum of 1mil credits, you only get to use legacy and bank slots you unlocked while you had a subscription (tho you can unlock liek 2 or 3 bankslots without subscription NOT more)
you can also only send 3 companions crafting, instead of 5
i'm not sure about this but you might also lose the ability to equip epics and legendaries
you might lose GTN slots, not sure there and not sure how important that is to you, f2p gets 15

there is a bunch of legacy unlocks that you can't unlock do to you having 1mil credits limit
like mobile legacy bank access the highest speeder piloting skills because they all cost 2-5+ mil credits

PUBG's recoil is a LOT easier than other tactical shooters like ARMA or insurgency and a new player only needs like a week to get familiar with it

I got killed by a BOT 2 nights ago. I don't even know how but it felt like the bot was on Counter Strike Difficulty level set to extreme. Where they just to a 180 and insta headshot you.

they upped the level of bots a little while ago. i liked messing around with them, but i can't anymore lmao
