If you want to improve you gotta kick that mentality to the curb, unlike FS's other games where you dodge at the smallest twitch, here you gotta actually learn the enemy patterns.

If you finish the game and go onto NG+ you'll notice you'll do much better that time around because of all the experience you get is more important and gear and upgrades. Genichiro becomes such a joke in subsequent fights, for instance. Lady Butterfly took me so many tries to do first time, I beat her first try on NG+.

It is bad. It was my first game of all fromsoft games i hated it more than i could ever express. Switched to DS1 which is now one of my favorite games. Also ♥♥♥♥ sekiro.

Their all in a collection, I've removed about 150 mods so far and my desktop can open Flatgrass but no other maps, will continue working on removing them

True. I want that. As a consumer of this EA game. I think he should start using dev log notes for updates. I dont wanna go to twitter or get on the discord. Alot more transparency on the very platform the game is on would be cool.

Yes but incredibly rarely, if you or OP have ever seen someone repaste a laptop the process for the gpu is similar, it's not just one glob of thermal paste you have to clean and disassemble more and you need more thermal paste or ideally phase change thermal pads because you can cut them to fit everything nicely. The temp drop can be significant on older devices but the newer the GPU is the less likely it is to provide more than 3 or 4 degrees of difference (assuming the thermal compound isn't super cheap) for example a 50 series card is just a bunch of work for hardly any benefit but a 30 series has been sitting around long enough for it to make a good bit of difference.

That said if the thermal issue is game specific then it is not likely to be a physical issue (though repasting will drop the temps some regardless), I would definitely check to see how much power is flowing into the card, for example when I limit my 5080's FPS I see temp drops because there is no where near as much power flowing into the card and there isn't as heavy a load for the card to work on, assuming you or OP have a 3080 or 3090 then the same should be true, the mid tier and lower end 30 series cards will still have to work a little to hit 60 FPS though and thus generate more heat. Additionally if the issue is on the world map I would like to know how big of a thermal difference there is between the world and battle map as well as what the power and usage looks like in comparison between the two. If you have MSI afterburner and Rivatuner installed then you can easily check these values, if not then I would suggest installing them as they serve quite well for providing basic on screen info during games. GPU-Z is also an option.

Once the issue is sniffed out you could repaste the card and then address the issue and see both better temps in warhammer as well as better temps in other games.

That's a hardware issue not a software one. Look into undervolting, my 3080 FE would struggle to cool itself running WH3, but I was able to drop the average power use by about 50 watts.

Actually can be quite optimal as there is a bell curve of watts to performance and reducing your wattage to provide the best performance to wattage will also reduce temps while maintaining stable gameplay, unlike other mods you can do which may make things unstable on your PC. But in this specific case reducing the power would impact other games too so there would need to be a fine balance found as otherwise it would create new, non-temperature related, issues elsewhere.

Probably use it to hunt down criminal activity, save people from trafficking. Catch some dirty politicians. I hear ICE is hiring. Lot of opportunities to protect the people once you have an administration interested in doing so.
