Will probably just be an insta-death unless you’re armed with a halfway decent weapon-and even then unless you can hide quickly, you’ll probably still wind up dead, which, given that it’s Michael we’re talking about here…more than fair, IMO.

Almost nothing was fixed. Pathing is a bit better due to units clipping into each other (though it looks silly), but they still get stuck more often than I'd like.

Sure, but first they should nerf the Vulcan, G33, and CSG Explosive Slugs.
Then we could see the real HoE. The first week after launch was a lot of fun. Now it's just Vulcan Floor 3 or Explosive Simulator 3.

Not that the Community Manager would even consider it, though.

I agree with that much of what you said.
It can result in enforcement against opinions that aren't trans-coded enough getting responded to with even greater backlash that actually does harm trans people rather than just insult or trigger them like the original situation which sometimes is one that got mishandled.

(I do think that you're taking your frustration with such mods and dogmatic individuals out on a lot of unrelated sub-demographics and individuals or people who aren't like that.)

Mods suck, especially when their actions inadvertently promote toxic behavior and create perverse incentives. Outsiders looking in don't get a good opinion if the perceived mod pets keep getting slaps on the wrist for their toxic behaviour, while wrongthinkers get hit harshly. It is also a reason why these mod pets act in a toxic manner, as they believe they have the moral high ground.

Most normies are not going to put up with the garbage and biased moderation. Some may rage quit and ♥♥♥♥ on the mods on their way out, but the vast majority will quietly leave. Then everyone acts surprised when the user count keeps dwindling and pretty soon there won't be enough traffic to sustain operating costs.

There is probably some bias, but the most toxic ones I've seen on GameFAQs tend to be the right thinkers/ mod pets. The easiest way to join the insider club is to claim to be a member of a protected class and the simp mods will quickly act as sword and shield.

They have an official subreddit and half the posts are people complaining about garbage biased moderation while others mention the site is dying and not worth visiting anymore. GameFAQs has lost over 95% of its userbase compared to its peak and it continues bleeding users as the days tick on.
