Oh also. How do unions represent 99% of people when only a tiny portion of the population works for that specific union?

How does that number make sense when Unions tend to only form either under large immigration or when an economy/sector is in recession? Even in the scenarios when unions do form, a large part of the population activelly wouldn't be part of the union with some parts of the population (Who in the case of immigrants, are even poorer than the unionists) are actively discriminated against by said union?

I tried a bunch of supposed fixes for this like using a green stone to summon bound armor then talking to Owyn but none worked. My Mage Guild quest is also bugged. Console commands apparently disable achievements, which is something I don't want to do.

+1 hopefully this gets patched some day.
