Errors - 0x401 and 0x2000001. Win error - Cannot access file because it is being used by another program.

I'm getting a crash to desktop every time I try to load a region. It doesn't happen when I load a different region in the same save. I think it could be memory related but I'm not sure.

Symptom:

Looks like Dead Island is another Dead Space 2, where it would crash with the above error whenever you run the game from a Domain account (possibly due to My Documents Folder Redirection policy
