Phones blast packets to voip-servers in order for those voip-servers to have capacity to accept connections from users. The phone packets don't seem to have a destination associated with them (any voip-server can pick them up), but they also don't seem to be broadcast messages (so routers shove them down their default route unless they're otherwise handled).

If you have your voip-server and the phone separated by a router where the phone's outgoing packets won't hit the VOIP box by default, you can build a chain of routing rules to forward all traffic from the phone to the VOIP box.

route add from <phone address> via <port towards voip-server> on <router>

Routers actually do that with all broadcast packets as best I can tell. The 'does it count as broadcast' test would be turning off broadcast forwarding on the router and seeing if the phone packets go to the default port or just get dropped.

I have a 4080 super as well and it works perfectly. You obviously don't know what you are talking about. Learn to optimize. There are bad things about this game but performance is not one of them. Maybe it is a Ryzen thing. with my 4080 and 3700k I get 200+ fps. sounds like a user error to me.

You're kidding, right? Have you ever heard of a little thing called a memory leak? I'd assume that is what is causing people problems. If there's one of those, no hardware is going to stop your PC from crashing from time to time. Probably best to find and fix that memory leak.
