First boss, or first miniboss?

The miniboss chest often gives a decryptor, which is what lets you unlock the upgrades so you can spend the purple stuff on them. If you've been at it for 9 hours of total game time, you'd have to have gotten a few by now.

I have a blue decryptor, but I do not know what to do with it. I found two more schemes, but they are just disposable modules. When I talk about the first boss, I mean that I didn't get to the end of the first map. As it is, there have already been strange things like a swarm of bees, apparently this is the mini-boss)

I create one in under 15min... People who need hours confuse me. I know someone who can take 12hrs making a character, not like something minor, and need another 12hrs editing. Wild stuff.

I was mostly joking, but it's not indecisiveness. It's being particular on what you want your character to look like. That's more important for some people than others. 🤷♀

I spend more time in char creation like what is in Fallout 4 versus BG3. BG3's char creation is fairly simple. No sliders and shaping tools to use.

I think I spend about 15 -20 mins in BG3 making a char. I would say, 2 to 3 times longer in FO4. My wife overlooked me playing Fallout 4 once and commented, " Is that your char? And I answered, yes". "Wow she said, the looks a lot like you." lol.

The ult just dominates the game too much, you shouldn't need to build around stamina *and* also need to worry about using it around him when he's there (he can be anywhere if the player is intelligent)

Even just having your stamina refilled to full when you are in there and resseting it to the stamina you had when you were ulted would make it more fair, the fact you take damage no matter what and also just get removed from the game is insanely overtuned.

Surviving the first round is key. So I'm currently using 3-4 party members who are skilled in shields. Since arrows don't destroy your shield durability they can block pretty much everything away and bait out the ranging shots. Your squishy units should have the skill low profile and get into cover or stand far enough behind your shield wall. The first time I've met Hrodgaerda I had a really hard time against those archers since I used only 1 tank. But during my current playthrough I focused more on defense and those battles became much easier.

Same issue I think game terribly design to force you into a build
