If you are asking this question, that means you are to far from aluminium I think. Peraps frofit of the fact you are still in early game to mobe your base near aluminium ?

If I remember well, I got to the T3, farmed for the buggy and get straight to the Tarl's one.

also keep in mind game will still get more updates too, cause there are many ppl who played for example world when it already was out together with iceborn dlc, this game is still to get massive master rank update in future with tons of changes.

New patch uploaded fixing some of the reported issues. There is also some work improving initial Nationalist AI in the Great Campaign scenario.
Foxed cards issues:
- Card UNL not working
- War effort text now is ok
- Reference to Hendaya pass is now correct (now is Junquera)
- Iron Belt/Basque brigade issue now should be ok.
- "On Turn 18, the Republican "militias disorganized" pop-up appeared twice in a row. Same for the militarization of Asturias pop-up." fixed.
- Text in REP cards of Replacements for Armor and BA-6, fixed.
- The Republican Servicio de Aviacion y Fabricacion card calls for the new factory to be build in the "Sabadell" region. It is Barcelona region.
- "The Republican Conscripts of 34 and 35 card isn't triggering, despite both Barcelona and Gerona being in Republican hands". Fixed.

Improvements
- Initial movements for Nationalis IA in turns 1-10
- Oviedo is now harder to take.
