Not the mention BF6 takes place in a near-future, fictional scenario? Like I said, I understood the hate for BF1 and BFV because it was a bastardization of the setting respectively, but this is a fictional near-future and women already serve in front line roles in the world today.

The problem with early access is when the early versions of the game use a lot of temporary and often bought assets and content then slowly replace it with their intended content later. It's particularly evident with TFP who also like trying new things then replace them if they aren't pleased with them.

I'm a 2015 player and like most of the new content as I'm more on the RPG/shooter&looter/tower defense side than the sandbox side, but each time the devs replaced an idea/asset/mechanic that ppl could use many months or even years, it was inevitable that a percentage of those players would prefer the old idea. So they accumulated a growing % of old fans that would prefer all sorts of old content over the 10+ years of the game. That's their issue.

Most new players just see what the game is atm and the majority like the game. The problem is with a part of the old fans who feel they had more fun with previous versions of the game.

There's no easy solution IMO, because a majority of the new fans wouldn't like the old game we had at the beginning (no traders, no quests, no vehicle, a lot less POI, worse graphics/character looks, for example).

Modern gamers just have no idea what their talking about when it comes to video games. With such a huge comparison to Pokemon, It makes Palworld exceptionally boring to watch or play because you have to constantly hear about Pokemon.

Real gamers played complicated games like age of empires 1. Not some pokemon handheld game that you played in the bus to school.

Care to point out ANYTHING that makes this game special? I even accept something it does that was not done before by more than 5 games, even if it is not "specal" by definition.

How many traditional CRPGs are there with BG3's production values? I can't think of one this side of DA:O, which belongs to another era.

But your version of "special" doesn't strike me as a useful metric in the first place. A game could do something brand-new, and do it well.m, while still sucking

Did you restart your PC and verify game files? Some games recommend to do that after every major update.

Okay so hey, just got the game and have been trying to play but it crashes every time I try to start a new game, as the title says, I've got it running on the lowest possible settings and the initial menu/choose your mode/character seems to be running quite smoothly/lag free but the moment I try to go pass character selection it crashes the game engine. During my latest attempt I even made sure nothing else was running

Is this an existing issue with the game itself that a fix exists for or is it likely an issue with my Pc itself? If it's an existing issue then I'd like to try to try a fix or simply wait to see if some fix or optimization comes along before I resort to attempting to get a refund

The game will completely freeze and crash about 5 mins in and I'm not sure why. I have Nvidia which I know, not great but it is up to date. I updated my BIOS last month and everything has been fine, this is a recent problem. I uninstalled (then reinstalled) and the crashing persists. Also some textures on the people are sheet white so maybe it has something to do with that? Idk is anyone else having this issue?

I"m having the same issue. Haven't found a fix, and have tried everything I've read online...

yeah, fortunately use a guide that a good soul wrote for us because it is a very very hard point and click. Prequel or sequel...i played the yellow mask. Did not ask much. The question is: are the croatian team behing this game willing to do more adventure games ? or was it a one off ?
