So what do you do about cars? You improve on the cars safety features, have a car license and road rules, etc.

The point I was really making was focus on the root cause, something Americans can't seem to do when it comes to their guns. They will make up all sorts of other scapegoat excuses instead. In before blaming violent video games.

no crashing, just a ton of clipping issues, invisible objects, the same horrid building experience... HG needs to slow down on content updates and focus on fixing all the bugs that come with the content updates.

I kind of wish events like these would stay around longer than two weeks. Especially if the contracts are leading up to an important part in the story / next chapter of the game. Also, what happens when the weapons durability is reduced? If they are exclusive purple items to the event and the blueprints are used to craft them they are one time use? Eventually they will break over time unless they are cosmetic skins.

It would be nice / more practical for event rewards to be something that we can continue to use like unique shaders or decor moving forward, and have events last ~1-3months so everyone can enjoy them.

Even if you do find a powerful weapon like the storm cannon early on, and decide to try to use it right away, you're under no obligation to give yourself enough weapon energy to fire your whole arsenal at once. Every weapon system upgrade costs dramatically more than the previous one, and the extra damage being provided by that bolt canon is trivial if it has to wait for those other guns. (Also, the particular ship you're on is even more biased towards favoring quick-charging weapons than a normal ship).

I will say that "can't be shot for the first 25 seconds" module is strong, and is especially strong on that ship. It's why you were able to get away with a slow weapon on a shield-less ship, and probably accounts for where all the scrap went that you didn't spend on crew or systems. But this enemy was specifically relying on a strategy that it doesn't help against. Both your offensive and defensive build were dangerously overspecialized.

Im Wald, der Hannes ruft es gibt noch einen geheimen Pfad, die mittlere Maustaste auf dein Profil im Forum, öffnet ein seperates Fenster, wo man Links einfügen kann, aber das ist Magie der schwarzen Kunst, und wird dich bringen zu des Teufels Schlund...

This is seriously incredible.

Honestly the only things I want to see in the future are:
- Black holes that don't look so tiny and terrible, show some megalophobia!
- Explorable solar regions. (The star in the skybox grows bigger, temperature heats up, dangerous for certain ships but provides extra resources)
