they didnt have any competitions in world so no one gets any punishments there. In wilds, you will get punished for posting blatant cheated quests, constantly joining cheating quests (some evidence of this, might be true or not), cheating in the arena gets players an online restriction now. Playing with a cheater in the arena will get your time removed but you wont be banned for it, at least the first time.

This is the worst one by far, you do not know what a randomer is using, and most people will be joining random people for these events, to be fair they should have a mod detector and have modded only lobbies, locking people out of normal monster hunter if they have any type of mod at all installed, this way people will know they are teaming up with people that have nothing installed that could mess it up for everyone.

As long as you dont join blatantly cheated quests, or the challenge arena with a cheater, a random modder/cheater should never get you punished.

I do honestly believe this to be true as well since all of us that got effected by people with the camp mods have not been punished. Though I do wish capcom would at least do something so my camps stop getting ♥♥♥♥♥♥ every time one of them joins my hunts.

Crashes, crashes, and crashes. And none of the menu options work anymore when I use the controller to select them. I have to use both the mouse and the controller to keep playing if I want to!

Works fine, would be nice to be able to turn it off via a menu option tho

i've disabled Change Weapon via scroll wheel but i can still change weapons via mouse wheel, toggling the option on or off makes 0 difference... i can't disable it...

Some people have different groups that they play with and having a single character makes that near impossible considering the size of the map. For instance; My bro and I can only play one or two hours a week and when he's on, I want to be able to log in where we left off. I also want to play during the times when he can't play.

On console, everyone has multiple accounts.

I see the limitation of having one character on PC as a way for the company to generate more money by selling more copies. I don't see any problem with it as it's within the rules and anyone can do it so your opinion about it being a cheat is just that, an opinion and nothing more.

I never called it a "cheat" .. I said it was an "Exploit" ... If you don't know the difference, I can not be blamed.

I don't see it as an exploit either. Semantics. It's obvious what you are insinuating. You clearly compared me to a cheater. If you can't see that, I can not be blamed.
