If you say out loud that you’re releasing a game and then immediately go on vacation, it sounds absolutely ridiculous. It doesn’t make any sense... it’s total marketing suicide. You lose the hype, you lose your reputation, you lose players due to bugs and exploits. Players who lost everything because of exploits or simply stopped playing will never come back and farm everything again. Sorry but you’ve already done everything possible to completely kill the the game. Its beyond saving. The more I think about it, the less sense it makes, five years of development, only to completely ruin the game within the first few months. Did none of you realize that the first months after launch are the most crucial? And if you’re expecting a wave of new players, good luck with that, because after the reviews from disappointed players, that wave sure as hell isn’t coming as well as old players.

The fact that they even said this in their road map is a complete effing joke.

We ALL take vacations. Every workplace has workers that need to take vacations. They don't all need to be at the same time and they certainly should NOT be right after you launch an always online MMO-type game.

That should be a 100% all hands on deck event where everyone pulls together to fix all the problems that come up and rally behind new ideas and content.

And RE; overall road map:

It's EXTREMELY clear to all that the end game systems were some kind of placeholder system. There is no way you actually thought you'd keep people engaged with "deliver x widgets" week after week after week.

So you basically chose to release an incomplete game, hoping that the no lifers and base building crowd would support it... THEN you put an MMO-style always online requirement in so that the builders LOSE their bases after a few weeks of inactivity.

This is a MONUMENTALLY STUPID business plan.

Either unlock community servers like ARK had on launch 10 years ago, or find a way to let people have their bases be portable like in (can't believe I'm saying this) FO76.

You either make ark/icarus style builder survival game OR you make PVP focused rust game full of toxic ♥♥♥♥ heads.

You can't just jam them together and hope for the best.

And the reason "the playerbase wanted something different than our vision" is because there are WAY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ MORE people who want a cool Dune survival game than want a sweaty forced PVP ark/rust clone with dune skins.

  • Same set (this game) trades. If you take one of my duplicate cards and give me a card that I don’t have yet.
1:1+1
  • Same set (this game) trades. You can choose any cards in my inventory and give me a card from the same set plus another item. The plus item is a compensation. Because after the trade, I will likely end up with duplicate cards or random cards, It doesn't help at all in my crafting badge process.
  • The plus item can be:
    gems (10 or above)
    steam emoji (marketable and tradeable)
    steam background (marketable and tradeable)
    another random card that you don't need anymore
1:2
  • Cross set trades, you can pick a card and give me any two cards with equal or higher market value.
1:X
  • Cross set trades for foil/non-marketable cards, trade ratio X will be depends on its value/rare and my personal feelings about it. Hit me with your offers and I will consider.



Generic note
  • From time to time, for IRL reasons I may not be available or online (couple of days). If you sent any offers in that time window, it may take a while. I will look at them when I could. Thank you for understanding.
  • If your tradeoffers are following the terms above, then they are usually accepted. With some exceptions:
    1. I’m about to use those items to craft my badges. (rarely, but I still do from time to time)
    2. Someone asked me to reserve that item, and I already accepted their request. (ex: wait x days for the trade hold to end)

    Unforutnaly, in those cases, I'll have to decline your offers.
  • I will prefer/priority trade will users that have mobile authenticator on.
  • Scammers will be blocked and reported.
