12GB cards should be more than enouigh to run a 25 year old PS2 game. We shouldnt need a $1000 gpu to get 60fps at native (that means without DLSS upscaling and frame generation) because when you use DLSS it SAYS you are getting 70fps but you are really gettting 40 or 50. and if you notice how when NVIDIA shows off DLSS giving 100fps what they dont show is the latency (8ms, 10ms etc...). You are not right for 100%. DLSS is like upscaling. Not frame generation. If you play in 2k with DLSS it's upscaling smaller number of pixels into your 2k

What I do is install mods like the Unofficial Patch and Kinggath's Workshop Framework plus any other recommended game engine improvement mods. And that's it. And just plough on playing the game.

i know you still can build the rusty componenets on tier 1 but how do you make the rest of them?
