Никак. Это самая тупая ошибка, которая говорит о том, что якобы твоё руководство должно пройти модерацию прежде чем ты сможешь его сохранить. В теории нужно просто ждать, но лично мне это никогда не помогает.

Как решить?
Скопируй весь текст в руководстве и удали его. Создай новое, используя весь скопированный текст.

И на будущее: старайся создавать руководство за один раз. То есть не нужно каждые 5-10 минут нажимать на кнопку "сохранить изменения". Да, это опасно, ибо может что-то пойти не так и руководство не сохранится, но в таком случае может снова появится это ошибка и тогда придется полностью удалять руководство. К сожалению так.

They said pvp is "paused" for now and they are mainly gonna focus on pve coop.
So you will have singleplayer and you will be able to host or find dedicated servers.
Pvp wont be mandatory for anything if they decide to make it optional later.

For the Merc, the Glacial Bolt skill ... what causes the Freeze Build up??

Sometimes I use the skill and enemies are just pushed inbetween the middle of the two walls with no freeze build up. Sometimes I use the skill and it just freezes a whole group?

i mean i got other complaints regarding the elevated overseer but this isnt one of em. they ignore the laws of physics to instantly scale up a supercity building because all they really are is just a +z modifier on where they are positioned.

As if it works. You can technically freeze enemies with one perma curse over and over with enough freeze buildup.
