As a potential buyer, I always look at the game's Steam comment sections and Discussions sections before purchasing a video game. I want to see the devs actually conversing with the community. It blows my mind that this is their 1st game release and one they likely poured their lives into for multiple years and yet they don't have enough sense to interact with their community on Steam especially in the first few months after release!!

In my opinion, every game made after 1993 needs full voice acting, and it's unacceptable to not have voice acting.

Why 1993? That's when fully voice acted games kicked off: The 7th Guest, Sam & Max Hit the Road, and Day of the Tentacle. I'll give Nintendo a pass for not having voice acting on the SNES in 1993 and 1994, but not 1995. They decided to put Super Mario 64 and all subsequent Nintendo 64 games on a cartridge and not a CD-ROM like the Playstation.

Hire cheap but good actors, and if you can't find them, just use AI.

PvP is as easy as you make it. No one's stopping you from training for combat, learning how to fight, and defeating other players (whether offensively or defensively).

The game has a natural food chain. If you willingly take upon the role of a prey animal, then you should expect to get hunted by predators. It's up to you to leverage your available defensive mechanisms in order to survive and prosper. The game relies on a steady stream of consumption/destruction of resources in order for its economy to function. If you can't understand why this is the case, imagine what would happen to an ecosystem like a forest if all the foxes and wolves disappeared, leaving no one to hunt the rabbits.

I dont PvP because eve is a casual game, and i don't find the "seek easy fights" mentality fun. If i want to PvP i would play a game that you can use anything, but be better than your opponant and you can still win. In this game, i bring a ship fitted fot PvE into low sec for a 5 minute mission, and i have dudes imediatly trying to take advantage of that. Just not fun to fight targets that cant fight back, and Eve enjoys seem to enjoy that no effort PvP.

All battlefields have released broken in some way, hell look at bf3/4 on release, that ♥♥♥♥ wasnt looking good till a couple of months and its now one of the best
