The former MMO, Star Wars Galaxies, had a player-bounty system.

You could take bounties (against other players) and track them down and try to kill them. And you also could have a bounty on your own head.

I think guilds could also set-up bounties. I remember doing one in order to pass "initiation" into a guild. But I don't know how the guild rules worked, if they were different.

Players did have to opt in to it. You could not put out a bounty on just any player. They had to have signed up. You could also un-sign and opt back out.

If here, it should also be an opt-in / opt-out system (distinct from the "regular" pvp setting).

Yeah :p, this is a really modified Source engine, but its still source engine as we know it, its just that it seems this engine handles stuff WAY different than we know it, thats why i am blaming my ram or where my game is installed, because its weird :/, and yeah, CS:GO was less advanced than Black mesa, because, well, its an Esport, and Black mesa a remake, still, even in CS2 i never faced fps drops as severe like Black mesa (And we are talking about a more advanced engine)

for what i know maybe some driver or hardware in your pc doesn't like Black Mesa, and even CS2 is not very good optimized at all in Source 2, Unlike Half-Life Alyx.
Check your hardware because Black Mesa is really demanding on resources.

There are too many Chinese hackers in BA. It's really annoying. For that reason, I played WARNO again after a long time and it felt so good.
