Because the game is good, and its a live service. And as any live service it gets updates, yes some smaller, but only in between of bigger dlc-sized expansion. Mind u, free. If u did played the game, like actually played, like at least 12hrs a week for those couple of weeks u started, then i assume u were just sitting in a menu, as Fortuna is literal second quest of the game.
