I'm assuming they still plan to do a season because they've always come in pairs (like the rivals and rockpox had an introduction season then a "oh it's cereal now" season) but I'm really in no rush to see it.

Any new content is either gonna be new cosmetics (my dwarfs are already dripped out), an event I get sick of doing (core stones but upside down, idk), a mission type I only do because assignments make me instead of the ones I actually like (Industrial Sabotage get patched out reeeeee), or maybe a new enemy that just gets lost in the swarm.

Me too, the game seems pretty great, but the stutter is consistent. For me still playable, but it bothers a lot.

That's just the modern game industry in general. Bloated requirements for little to no actual improvement from games that came out 10 years ago.

Just look at Doom The Dark Ages. The requirements to run that are so much higher than Eternal's, yet they look almost exactly the same.
