Basically you need to eat even when not hungry. In the first 4 days you should be racing to rescue as much food as possible before it goes rotten. The collection of all this food lying on shelves and tables from restaurants, entertainment events, farmers markets and homes is how you easily manage weight and I always have extra which goes into refrigerators. Anything you find in refrigerators should be placed into freezers, and anything inside freezers should be placed into separate freezers you've targeted as long term storage.
Just like in real life... start chowing down on the pizza, hamburgers, pastas and donuts.... you'll be fat in no time.

It does feel like people miss what Early Access means.

It means you are paying (likely full price, because you do at the end of the day actually get the full content) for access early in the development process when things aren't guaranteed to work fully, be optimised, and will certainly be buggy

If what you want is a standard experience with a more quality feel then you really should wait until actual release rather than getting EA versions of games and complaining that they are exactly what they say.

Yes some games are released more ready than others in to EA for various reasons, but people should stop buying EA releases and expecting fully polished complete games.

For what it's worth, I got pretty pissed at that part, too. I'm not a fan of getting all sweaty and studying Youtube tutorials to progress, so I would definitely call myself a casual. I was around level 50 and was still having one or more units urgently needing healing by the time the first skills became available. Reading suggestions in other threads helped a bit, but in the end, Noa and Serika clutched it for me at the last second and I ended up cheesing it with RNG.

To be fair, I can see how it can feel like bait and switch, as the wake-up call comes quite a ways in, rather than right up front. You can argue that by being aware that it is gacha, you should "know better", fair point. Still, I bet a non-insignificant percentage of new players have gotten blindsided by this nonetheless, many of which probably dropped it and never said anything in forums, looked for help, etc.

It also doesn't help that the final few milestones on the Web Event are kinda rushing us newbies to get to a certain point to claim the rewards. It's quite ironic that future "get out your credit card" moments in the story are all much easier so far, or at least offer a "continue" experience and saves your damage progress.

Hot take, but I think reducing level requirements for that part by about 20 levels would be a good thing. Getting F2Ps to fall in love with the characters and the world building by letting them watch for free seems like an excellent tool for increasing conversion rate, though. The difference being purchases fueled by adoration and pursuit of their favorite characters, rather than salty credit card swiping.

necromancer is one of the things that is ruining the game. you hunt alone. you die alone. simple. nothing worse then necro . its like monkey pox . im over crytek giving up game mechanics for soft players.

I have low fps on a 3070ti too, even tried going to EA and using EA overlay, didnt help. Only playable with frame generation.
