Dips to 45FPS is normal, but not to 10FPS. Never in my 400+h I got so low dips.
Its either CPU issue- 2xCCD latency(for 5590x3d it should be fixed, should. Not for 5900x)
Nvidia issue- Nvidia has had problems with drivers since the beginning of the year.
Memory leak- but then it should crash immedietly after dips to 10FPS.

TSR for sharper image, TAA/FSR does look bad.

Also with 20GB VRAM had pop ins on rooftops looking at the edge of thw city, else it was ok.
5080 should and 16GB should be ok also.

would be awesome to have trail runs where we can drop into a specific region and climb to the top and exfil- just as a way to practice the landscapes that most players struggle with.
