Big update as I finally pushed through with 15 characters up to Level 20, so I can put builds on for every advanced class. It's now 50 pages, and when Steam finishes its usual checks (probably an hour or so), the guide will show up on the actual Steam Guides section now, as its basically complete for the current content.

I will update it further when we get changes or T3 classes.

That save seems to reconstruct just fine when I load it, though I can't load it with the mods you're using since they seem to have been installed incorrectly, thus the game doesn't know how to sync them as a result. This could either mean it's directly caused by your mods, or something about the absence of mods is sort of rerolling crew's behavior in a way that inadvertently fixes the problem.
