It depends on the difficulty level.

If you make NPCs slip on a banana peel, they'll spend a while looking for the culprit (it has to come from somewhere) and then usually find some unlocked doors or something similar. 1 + 1 = 2, and they'll call the cops.

IF they give Ogryn a knuckleduster weapon like several people keep asking for it's probably all I'll ever play. And no, for the people who always reply with "hurr grenade gauntlet..." That's not a knuckle duster. Is it a punching weapon? Kinda sorta. It's more of a club that also shoots grenades. It's not the same as actually pasting heretics with an Ogryn sized right cross.

Knuckleduster for brawling melee, leatherstraps for grappling.
