Hey,
expanding zones works well, but is there also a way to shrink them? I would like to reorganize my cargo hall a little but don't want to mess up with the allowed goods again, if not possible.

Speaking about zones, another question: is it intended that the crew ignores racks if it comes to hauling? had some stuff they were supposed to put into the racks, but complained about missing space to put them in.

for some reason when i open it it says close and update the game but it dosent give me option to update

if you are having problems that it crashes when it launches do the following:
block the sinking city by frogware on your firewall.

Another person had this issue with the same resolution and it was because scaling was set to 125%. If you haven't double checked, open up the display settings and see what scale says. That's the only thing I can think of unless you have a multi-monitor setup or something else unusual. It runs fine when I play it at 1920x1080 on multiple devices.

I think a lot of people are confused what a Dedicated Server is here...
A dedicated server is a server that can be constantly run. It does not shutdown except periodically when it needs maintenance. Usually in a dedicated server people can just login and logout at will, but the server will continue going until the host shuts it down, even if the host isn't actually playing.

If Jagex releases Dedicated servers today they can do it two ways:
1. They can just open some servers that will constantly run, people can join and play and enjoy themselves.

2. They can pass on server tools to the community that allows them to open private servers that can either be listed or not on the public list. These servers will come complete with settings that you can control such as XP rates, resource respawn rates/yields, and enemy scaling..

Number 2 is also what people are expecting of Dedicated servers, but it's possible we won't get it when they release Dedicated servers right away or even at all depending on what Jagex does with it (though they have been listening to Player Feedback a lot, they might release it alongside it, or soon after). To be clear, number 2 Isn't the only example of a dedicated server. It can be, but it's not always.

What we currently have now, to avoid confusion, is a Peer-to-peer (P2P) server that allows people to connect directly to each other, but the hosting player must be online for others to play on the world.
