The following should be a way to turn genesis mode back on: Open the console and run the following command:

set game.globals.worldgen.state.genesis true

Then save the game then load the game.

tried on the ingame console, it said i can't set that variable, tried on steam console, said that set isn't a command

Ignore the peasants, if you dont have DLCs you will be forever haunted by the feeling you miss out on content. Just wait for next sale, then buy complete edition. Roll back to 3.14 while you're at it, so you don't need Biogenesis (it's not in Complete edition yet), 4.0 is trash anyway so you aren't missing out on anything

I pre-ordered the standard edition of the game, and am enjoying myself very much. I'd like to upgrade to the deluxe edition - unfortunately the DLC offered only features the two skin packs at $9.90 each, but not the art book or the soundtrack.

Please consider offering the deluxe upgrade as a $14.90 or $19.90 upgrade in the future.
