If you are using Virtual Desktop there is a fix: set it to VDXR instead of SteamVR.

Good to know, thank you for all the tips! I'm going to just go through the game and if I miss stuff then oh well, the main story is super fun and awesome.

Forget what i said about, I don't know why, but yesterday it worked OK-ish, today when i decided to record it, it turned into complete ass.

At least one thing is that i noticed, the garrisoning script from Zeu_GLX activates before they see the enemy, that's why they move inside the building much often. (you can see it when i switch the camera to one of the AI soldiers)

Away from my actual PC for a while an figured I'd try to get his running on my laptop. Anyone know how to install the patch on a Chromebook? I managed to install Wine but all attempts to find where the these files are located have ended in failure and it's starting to drive me insane.
