his yap was too strong. to yield my yap. anyway, regarding the new mirror dungeon in this 2025 aug. 7th scheduled update notice, i cant say im impressed that they not only took a while to add basically the exact same thing as md5's MDI, so its weird that it took this long, but that they decided to add nothing new, let alone novel like a lot of people expect them to do (a let down that the company praised for being novel is scarcely novel). yeah im not gonna mention what they should have added. why? i already did a bunch of times, and im tired, so i will write a draft later. its just lame they recycled everything theyve done before and shoved it into this MDI that took some time to add, even reused the exact system MD5 used for MD6 and replaced it with starlight, add 1-to-2 enhanced versions of each re-used buff for the MD and acted like they did something new when they did the exact same thing without really changing anything at all. and yeah, still no lei heng rip my king.

Your name being Hubert really does make sense, holy yap…

I just started, and i want to keep the opportunity to get a refund depending on the responses that i get. I bought it to encourage the industry to keep making those games cause i like Eve.

From what i just saw of the game, a little 45min of play time, the game is WAYYYYYYY too hard for no reason at all.
Ennemies do WAY too much damage for what they do, i have to heal all the time and die when i don't have anymore heals.
I'm used to elden ring or other games where you can dodge and stuff but it seems like the timing is just impossible for stellar blade. I'm spamming the dodge button and she doesn't dodge !!! Just dodge ffs, just block ! Just move !.
The combats are clunky, i don't feel any fluidity of movements when i block,dodge and attack in a short time span. It just doesn't feel like the character is responding correctly to what i want to do.

I want to know if the game gets better after a while. Do you unlock skill to dodge further away, ease the timing for perfect dodge and blocks ?

(For those who will say it's a skill issue. Yes it is and i don't have anything to prove to myself, i don't care about beating a game that is hard just for the sake of it being hard.)

UPDATE:
So i didn'T even need to lower the difficulty. All i had to do was to focus and put my full attention on the game. Not listening to a podcast in the background, no sangria on the side, just focus on the game for real.
On criticism that i maintain tho is that some attacks are just random. Awfull timing, almost impossible to block or dodge the first time you encounter the ennemy and it can kill you easily, especially some bosses. That's kind of silly because it doesn't make me feel like i did a mistake or that i could have done better, it's just gratuitous damages and maybe it kills you maybe it doesn't.
but overall i'm not dying too much and i focussed on unlocking mostly defense skills and it really helped me.

the game isnt as hard as darksouls or eldenring cos i cant beat those xD and i beat this. the game became more easy for me after having some health and equipment upgrates. by the last 3 or fo 4 boss fights the game became harder agasin.
also parring is also way more easy then dodging

So is that not my pc shutting its self off because of a problem caused by that area of the game….. hence the problem is within the game at this point and not my hardware because unless I go there it does not happen

but the root-cause is most likely your PSU! A system with a good PSU doesn't shut down the pc, your's does. So is it the game's fault or your psu's fault? There are allready hundredthousands of people finished the game, they did not have these problems. So why looking to blame someone, if the game just shows, your PC is not fully 100% stable?

Tommorow, it's a different game, different map. And then? :)

So we all have faulty psu ONLY in this game AND ONLY in bo capitol …. Cmon mate make it make sense ….. I get it maybe a voltage spike or whatever but the fact is IT ONLY HAPPENS IN BO CAPITAL… ALL OTHER AREAS ARE FINE … all my other games are fine … u said yourself only the devs can answer my question as it could be script or code or anything…. So if it’s a dev issue …. For them to fix … that ain’t my psu … my psu is saving my pc from frying components … due to this issue in bo capital… it’s an Msi mag psu so not a cheap 1 …. This has never happened before in any other game … I was literally playing Khazan last night because I can’t play this and no problem… I play cs2 daily on high settings with 300+ fps … my psu has not once faulted …

Hm, that's a new one, we will investigate.

включал отслеживание. Текст не появяллся и меток не было, когда высадился на островве и дошел до поселения

Yeah, I don't think you're so much as his lackey as the guy is deathly afraid of you and bends over backwards to keep you happy less you "remove" him much like you did everyone else who stood in your way...and he knows you could, easily at that.

Honestly, this just sounds like someone who decided to be a goodie-two-shoes and got upset about it.

People say game is not hard but it is because you have a check point and unlimited lives, if they add limited lived and continue system this will be hardest game ever,

There are way harder games than this on the market even if there was an option to remove checkpoints and add limited live. But it would be pretty cool if they add it for a good challenge.

did that also work on other bosses? I mean I am just only in ice shards and all i do is facetank the hippogryph. all the tiny penetrating homing icycles wreck it quickly while i cna just press D for the potions and it does thats a two button combo without having to move, because standing in it's face makes it not use the stupid strong ranged attacks.

But GG thats a nice find you did. all these tactics are fun to use even if a bit cheesy.

I will report once I get there, but since all bosses use Mana it should behave the same. If it does, it will trivialize the entire boss fight. The Auto-Attacks of bosses don't hit hard, it's their special attacks.

I've read through the forums before and this is an old request. One which other games have answered yet, well, here we are. I get that there is "storage" in each machine but it is generally the SAME materials you have to place in each machine.... makes it tedious and definitely a QoL need.

So...since devs haven't done the job...do you know of any mod that does it?

Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any. Icarus doesn't have that many players thus the modding community is small. I don't even think the game is even mod friendly.

Your best bet would be Palworld in which you can craft from containers.
