i figured it out. if anyone still needs to know ill explain

DO NOT try to avoid breaking them. i used to try to avoid breaking and collecting them to avoid unnecessary damage. this may be tempting as it may seem easy to avoid breaking the vines and the berries do just under 1/3 of your health but this isn't actually the best way to survive them.
instead try to break and eat them the moment the come into existence. this may seem dumb but red berries spawn extremely rarely except for the verry beginning and the extra damage in the beginning can help a lot with clearing out the rest of the vines and bubbles.
of course don't eat them whenever you're low only eat them if you're 100% sure you'll survive

i hope this helps some people out

If you think it's not irrelevant, explain how becoming more skilled at shaping stone by knapping or grinding automatically makes a person able to understand how to smelt metal from ore and how to make alloys.

Might be ER+. That one is known to cause issues

to clarify that one is enclave radio + just in case theres a mode that uses the same letters, but could a mode that only effects the radio tunes realy affect how the game gives territory?
