I'm still trying to make fully reliable ai sandbox packages that work without going the whole quest / scene / add package to scene route (It seems to work the best though). I was playing around with radius.
If you place items that your vendor sells within the vendor chest radius, and assign those items to your vendor faction. The vendor will sell those displayed items. I thought this was cool because in Skyrim you had to script this. So my vendor has one of each in her inventory chest and sells the other 3 from the bar. Sorry I get excited about little stuff immersive stuff like this.

I’ve installed Bazzite yesterday out of curiosity. I’ve never tried big games on Linux before. The same GPU as Jay’s - 7900xtx.

Interesting distro that does feel like some unofficial Steam OS with steam app preinstalled.

However, my gaming experience is similar to his. Few games I’ve tried work worse than on my Win10.

Resident Evil 4 works fine but at lower FPS.

Dead Space has some traversal stutters on Windows but easy to ignore. Stutters on Bazzite were unplayable for me. 1s long in some cases.

Castlevania collection from Nintendo DS - 3 super easy to run games but there is no full screen option in settings so I simply alt+Enter on windows. This shortcut in this game doesn’t work properly in bazzite.

Also all apps, like web browser, launch much slower on Bazzite for me.

I say bazzite as I’m not sure if it’s just this one distro being bloated and slow or if other distros behave the same.

Does anybody know a good example of a popular game running better on Linux than Windows so I can test that?

just installed it have the same problem tried with lutris and proton it doesnt work it doesnt want to launch

And buy sm2 again for the sake of purity of the experiment. Or you can just tell the developers to ♥♥♥♥ off and go play something that works

a lot of fiddling for a quite shallow experience
