Yes. The beta branch uses a new save due to how volatile the beta can be as it is untested and could cause issues to a save or curropt it. Hence why we have a separate save.

I found the saves as files on the computer itself, but the game (let's say) either doesn't see them or ignores their existence on the PC itself

But you do realize that is not the point? Having to use mods for what should already be there.

there is a mod for that as well, though I prefer the random fly by camera and not cockpit view.

so you don't 'have to' use a mod for that, then?

Hope nobody minds I decided to change the theme to be freestyle.

I ran into two bodies that were in the sub floor.
Cargo Pads - final pad, with three loot-able bodies. The one on the right, in the group of two, was unreachable, body was laying under the floor, could be seen by highlight.
Geo Thermal Station - the Delivery guy was under the floor, but luckily I could reach him to get his data-pad.

You need to keep in mind that fact that many people, myself included, are able to tell fake frames from real ones and can tell when a game is running poorly even with frame gen and the like on.
Its almost impossible to ignore once you start seeing it, and it makes games nigh impossible to play.

to those who can just turn on framegen and happily play with no issues, count your blessings, ignorance is bliss.

First, let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem.
To do this:

1. Right-click on the game in your Steam Library, choose Properties, switch to the Installed Files tab and press Verify integrity of game files...
   
2. Attempt to run the game to see if the issue is resolved

Steam should scan for issues and redownload any corrupted components.

Have you checked the droprates of the relics, too?. I got absurd ammounts of relics for skills, I never use. For example, I got since the last patch almost none relics for the bell.

Yeah that RNG can be brutal. I ended up an entire hell 75 run without getting any yellow relic for %damage to summons after an insane amount of rerolls on the yellow relics. I think it could be intentional that some are to be rarer because they are too powerful. Or not. :)

You had responded to me as I was conversing with someone else. You have your own point to make but my comments were very clear and direct. FG in Wilds causes input delay that would not be there if running at native framerate. FG is not recommended in competitive titles due to this input latency and parts of MH are competitive, such as the competition for pendents.

There is no other way around this. You can't accurately generate a frame for an input that has not yet happened. This breaks causality.

Not only is this a well-known paradox but it would completely unravel humanity's scientific understanding of the way the universe functions. I can assure you that NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel have not broken causality and rewritten our understanding of the universe lol

Who pays you to live on this game's discussion board? You've been bashing it since before it launched. You don't even own it you tried the benchmark at most as per your own steam history that you've since hidden. Not only that but you straight up lied on THIS thread saying you get 100fps at native 4k, which would require owning the game.

They also linked an article, claimed it was true, and the sources were from twitter.
