It’s the only tank that targets top armor with its missile, while the whole U.S. army — infantry, tanks, Bradleys — all of them target the top armor of vehicles, the weakest spot that gets destroyed too fast.

If your EX move is slower to come out, it will lose. Why wouldn't it? EX doesn't mean "better than" - in fact, EX moves often do less damage than H versions of special moves. EX moves mean that you're stretching the ability of the fighter to chain special moves, at the expense of heating up.

The premise scenario for the issue: My taskbar setting is to automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode
Steps to reproduce the issue: When I open Bongo cat, I cannot wake up my taskbar by moving the mouse down to the bottom of the desktop, no matter which application I open. When my chat application receives new messages, the taskbar does not pop up to remind me of the new messages. When I close Bongo cat, my taskbar returns to normal, and I can wake it up by moving the mouse down, or it pops up when I receive new messages.
