The chain which makes the most fuel rods is:
Uranium iinto Infused Uranium Cells
Then into Uranium Fuel Units.

Process Uranium Waste with standard Non-Fissile Uranium recipe.
Then use Instant Plutonium Cells.
Then Plutonium Fuel Unit.

Then theres no alts left, so turn Plutonium waste into Ficsonium, into Ficsonium Fuel rods and burn em.


Note:
This makes the most amount of Fuel Rods only (and thus most power). I did not take power useage into account But having done this whole chain with 1200 uranium/min gave me over 1 TW of power while consuming max of 400GW (average was like 300GW). The net power gains are higher than power used for the whole chain.

Note 2:
There is an alternative chain using Fertile Uranium which makes a lot less of the Uranium Fuel Rods but giving you more Plutonium. It works out to almost identical power in the end, but since plutonium waste is a lot more expensive in resources to process the first chain listed is more efficient imo (and gave slightly more power).

The hover engines do not make any sounds like the thrusters do when not idling.

There are indirect ways but no direct "you can't die" thing. There are some cheat mods that can give you a trait with effects that like, give you +1000 scheme resistance, makes enemy secrecy reduced by 90% or even 100%, increases their hostile scheme phase time. That can buy you a LOT of immunity.

Other death types can also be circumvented from mods.

The big one would be a stress level reset or reduction effect, mental breaks are big killers.
