Кроме этого нужно отключить ещё turbo boost. Но есть небольшой нюанс в виде заблокированного power limit — из-за него ЦП тоже может скидывать частоту до 400-800 МГц. В силу форм-фактора по-настоящему игровых ноутбуков попросту не может существовать

Light tanks are support weapons. Designed to scout for team, distract and harrass enemy.
By ignoring this simple outline, teams are deprived of essential information.
The criteria for this support is in assists not damage. A scout that collects more damage than assists, and is proud of that, shows a misunderstanding of their role.
